Integrity Music welcomes new staff member Jim Gray as Digital Strategist, reporting to Chris Estes, Senior Director of Digital Sales & Marketing. 

In this role, Jim will work closely with our digital team and artists to collaboratively create strategies that serve the artists’ vision and mission across new media technologies, social networks, and digital tribes.

Known for his work with micro-nonprofits including People of the Second Chance, The Mentoring Project and God Behind Bars, Jim is also a contributor to the newcritically-acclaimed book “Outspoken: Conversations on Church Communications.” 

Jim, his wife Sharon and three children, will be relocating from Washington state to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where Integrity’s offices are located.
